Tortilla Chips
Quantity: Large basket of chips
Ingredients:
1 to 2 packages fresh corn tortillas
canola oil
Directions:
1. In a large pot, heat the canola oil to 400° F. Use a candy thermometer to maintain accurate temperature.
2. Cut each corn tortilla into 6 triangular pieces.
3. Fry 12 at a time in hot oil for approximately 30 seconds.
4. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Serve with Salsa Verde
