4  Avocados
1  Bouquet Cilantro
3  Chiles serranos          
½  White onion      
Lime juice and /or sour cream
1 teaspoon salt

1.    Take out the pulp of the avocadoes with a spoon.
2.    Mince the onion
3.    Mince the chilies.
4.    Slice the cilantro.
5.    Mash this mixture until it becomes creamy.
6.    Add salt and lime juice.
7.    Mix again.
