Chalupas

Little tortillas
Shredded meat, chicken, or beans
Salsa verde
Salsa roja
Chopped onion
Oil


1.    Fry the tortillas in a frying pan with hot oil.
2.    Do not let them get crunchy, only firm.
3.    Serve green or red sauce over it.
4.    Sprinkle with a small amount of onion, chicken, meat or beans as a garnish.
5.    Serve while warm.
